TRANSyT-UPM’s role in WinWin4WorkLife

TRANSyT-UPM leads efforts to explore policy pathways for sustainable remote working arrangements (RWA). By engaging with European experts, stakeholders, and citizens, the team aims to co-create desirable RWA futures. Through Delphi surveys, scenario-building, and foresight methodologies, TRANSyT-UPM is shaping a strategic roadmap to promote sustainable RWA practices that benefit urban, rural, and cross-border areas.

Remote Work Experience

María Amor Ariza, a UPM team member, shares her insights:

“During the pandemic, my living room became my office, and while I enjoyed saving time on commuting and having good coffee always on hand, it was challenging to set clear boundaries between work and personal life. Over time, I’ve learned that maintaining a structured routine and staying connected with colleagues are key to successful remote working.”
