On March 6th, 2024, the WinWin4WorkLife project was introduced during a radio interview on Church of Greece Radio Station 89.5 (Ecclesia Radio), a regional station broadcasting in Athens for more than 30 years and accessible worldwide online (ecclesiaradio.gr).

During a 15-minute interview, Vicky Bempi presented the project as an innovative Horizon Europe initiative officially launched in February 2024 in Luxembourg. The discussion focused on how WinWin4WorkLife investigates the social, economic, and spatial impacts of Remote Working Arrangements (RWA) across Europe, highlighting effects on work-life balance, health, gender equality, and territorial development in both urban and rural areas.

The interview emphasized that the project will collect new data in five countries—Germany, Finland, Luxembourg, Portugal, and Slovakia—and develop forecasting models and evidence-based tools to support sustainable remote work policies. The role of the Prolepsis Institute was also underlined, with a focus on the health dimension of remote work, including mental well-being, stress, loneliness, isolation, burnout, and inequalities.

The conversation concluded with the project’s main ambition: to inform inclusive and sustainable policies for Europe’s remote work future.
