Help Shape the Future of Remote Work: Take Part in the WW4WL Delphi Survey

As part of the Horizon Europe project WinWin4WorkLife, we invite experts, professionals, policymakers, researchers, practitioners, and stakeholders to participate in the first round of the Delphi Survey on the future of Remote Work Arrangements (RWAs) in Europe.

Coordinated by the Universidad Politécnica de Madrid (UPM), the survey aims to identify the key drivers, uncertainties, trends, and potential disruptions that may shape remote and hybrid work towards 2050. Participants’ perspectives will help the project develop alternative future scenarios and better understand the long-term implications of remote work across Europe.

The survey takes approximately 20 minutes to complete and can be accessed here:

Your contribution will support future scenario-building and policy discussions on how remote work could evolve in Europe, including its potential impacts on work-life balance, mobility, urban and rural areas, inclusion, sustainability, and workplace practices.

We also encourage you to share the survey within your professional networks, especially with people and organisations working on labour markets, workplace practices, mobility, urban and regional planning, health, sustainability, digitalisation, or social policy.

A broad range of perspectives will be essential to the success of this first Delphi round and to the development of meaningful future scenarios for remote work in Europe.
