Help Shape the Future of Remote Work: Take Part in the WW4WL Delphi Survey
The first round of the WinWin4WorkLife Delphi Survey is now live, and we invite experts, professionals, policymakers, researchers, practitioners, and stakeholders to take part.
By completing this survey, you will help the WinWin4WorkLife project identify the key trends, opportunities, risks, and uncertainties that may shape the future of remote work in Europe. Your answers will directly contribute to the development of future scenarios and policy discussions on how remote work could evolve towards 2050.
⏱️ The survey takes approximately 20 minutes to complete and can be accessed here:

As part of the Horizon Europe project WinWin4WorkLife, the Delphi Survey focuses on the future of Remote Work Arrangements (RWAs) in Europe. It is coordinated by the Universidad Politécnica de Madrid (UPM) and aims to gather a broad range of perspectives from people working on or affected by remote and hybrid work.
Your contribution will help us explore questions such as:
- What factors will influence the future of remote and hybrid work?
- Which opportunities and risks should policymakers, employers, and society prepare for?
- How could remote work affect work-life balance, mobility, urban and rural areas, inclusion, and sustainability?
- What future scenarios should Europe consider when designing policies for remote work?
📢 We also encourage you to share the survey within your professional networks, especially with people and organisations working on labour markets, workplace practices, mobility, urban and regional planning, health, sustainability, digitalisation, or social policy.
A broad range of perspectives will be essential to the success of this first Delphi round and to the development of meaningful future scenarios for remote work in Europe.
