Prolepsis’s role in WinWin4WorkLife
Within the WinWin4WorkLife project, Prolepsis contributes across multiple work packages, including leading tasks that investigate employer organisational support toremote work on mental health, workforce productivity, and employer support. A literature review led by Prolepsis explores the broader effects of remote work arrangements on well-being from both employer and employee perspectives.
Remote Work Experience
Vicky Bempi, Project Manager at Prolepsis, reflects on her experience::
“The main lesson I’ve learned from remote working is that, while it can provide a better work-life balance, it can also blur the lines between personal and work time, sometimes leading to longer hours. Setting boundaries to clearly separate work from personal life is essential. Mental health is another important factor: some people thrive and feel more productive working remotely, while others may feel isolated without regular in-person interactions. Ultimately, the success of remote work often comes down to personal preference and individual needs. ”
