Partner Spotlight 12/15: HBITS CV
We are excited to introduce our esteemed partner, HBITS CV, a spin-off company of Vrije Universiteit Brussel! 🌟
About HBITS CV
Founded in 2018, hbits CV specialises in time-diary data collection through its innovative platform, MOTUS. Whether directly collecting data or licensing the platform, hbits CV supports diverse research topics such as time-use, work, leisure, transportation, family dynamics, and more. Their expertise extends to profiling specific populations like Ph.D. students, teachers, and remote workers, as in the case of WW4WL.
HBITS’s role in WinWin4WorkLife
Hbits leads multiple tasks: the setup of a common research infrastructure, the development of a dashboard for employers and employees, the development of an Ethics and security management for the WW4WL project, and the creation of the projects’ website.
Remote Work Experience
At hbits, remote work is an integral part of their culture. The team, Joeri Minnen Enak Cortebeeck and Ken Peersman, shares:
« We often work remotely, whether from home or even abroad with time differences of seven hours or more. This is made possible through mutual trust, flexibility and a strong commitment to our work. Additionally, it’s far more rewarding to know that our time is well-spent on a project rather than being stuck in traffic. »
