Remote Work Experience

João de Abreu e Silva, a team member at IST-ID, shares his experience:

“I practice home-based telework a few days a month. During the COVID-19 pandemic, dealing with cabin fever was a challenge. However, IST-ID supported us by allowing staff to take computers home and connect mobile phones with work phones. This transition also led to contractual amendments to regulate telework practices for administrative staff.”
