About TREXIMA
Since 1992, TREXIMA Bratislava has been a key reference on wage and labour market analysis in Slovakia, developing and applying its own methodological procedures. As a partner of tripartite organizations within the Economic and Social Council of the Slovak Republic, it collaborates with businesses, government institutions, and international partners. TREXIMA monitors labour market trends, including the impact of Industry 4.0, and provides in-depth analyses to support policy and education. Through projects like the Information System on the Cost of Labour (ISCP), it collects and analyzes wage data for over 1.1 million employees. The company also forecasts workforce trends, tracks graduate employment, and implements the national occupational classification SK ISCO-08.
TREXIMA’s role in WinWin4WorkLife
In WinWin4WorkLife, TREXIMA is responsible for the data collection campaigns. They will conduct a questionnaire survey among employees in the Slovak Republic, aiming for 500 respondents.
